The most horrifying experiences I’ve had at work have been people reaching across the fucking desk and grabbing by arm saying “What do you have cats or something?” Fuck you asshole. Go away so I can have my panic attack in relative peace.

Also, do not make anyone feel bad for their scars or cuts 

Also, saying that people should wear clothing to cover up their scars or expecting all former or current self-harmers to do that is fucking idiotic because they shouldn’t have to cover up their arms and legs in 70-80 degree weather or at all.
